DF64.com Issue

I ordered a grinder for my fiancé from this site over the weekend and my card is showing the amount as charged but the order got cancelled less than an hour after the label was created.

Should I be concerned that this site is a scam and file a chargeback with my credit card company? Or is this a legit site and will all get sorted out.
