I need a holy grail hairstylist

Hi all, I was burned in June by a bad haircut and am seeking a truly holy grail stylist, someone you'd trust with your life. I am looking to go from long layers (hitting around like upper boob) to the Gracie Abrams bob. My hair is relatively straight but I'm willing to go in with a curling iron every morning to add some loose waves/texture. So my bob/lob bitches: does anyone have a stylist that they feel confident really GETS the vibe I'm going for and can make it happen for me? My budget is ~$200 or less (I'm willing to go kind of ham because it's a bit of a transformational cut. Will probably care less when I'm maintaining with trims).

Other potentially relevant info: I am Asian so I do prefer an Asian stylist if possible, or someone who works with a lot of Asian clients and is comfortable with that hair texture. And I am based in NWDC but I have a car and can travel out to Rockville/Fairfax/etc. for the right person.

EDIT to add: if anyone has personal experience with Eunice Kim, I'd love to hear about it! I saw her on IG but don't know anyone who's gotten their hair done by her.
