Bone spirit : how Can I avoid the 7sec cooldown?

First Time playing Bone spirit and there is one super annoying thing : After each mob pack I get the 7 seconds CD because...well...there is nothing to hit (and Crit) anymore.

Any tips to reset the CD faster ?
