A quick question on behalf of my friend

So my friend he has started cheating a lot. He has taken all the precautions with not having the same email, phone number or having mobile auth on his cheater account. Or have family sharing on

However when he logs in to his cheater account all the games on his main account show up with the name and showing ownership of the games. Because they are downloaded on the pc too I’m guessing. Will this be a factor in getting his main account vac banned ? Or is he safe. And if he is not is it possible to remove them or something so they don’t show up ?
