How long do withdrawals take on average?

Just tried withdrawing some BCH to an external wallet and it's been pending for well over 3 hours now (usually BCH transfers are really fast). Any idea how long it usually takes to withdraw from crypto.com?

I've been hodling here for a long time, but never really tried withdrawing before.
