Are there any adults young or seasoned currently crushing? If so what's it like outside of grade school?

This Reddit for understandable reasons is seen a lot of activity with minors. Are there any adults currently crushing? What is it like? Is it harder? Is it still intimidating or does adult freedom makes it easier to pursue crushes?
