I don't like how the game treats adultery and bastards

I'm focusing on Catholics perspective where adultery is shunned. Basically this is my experience every single time:

• 1. Seduce someone
• 2. She gets pregnant
• 3. Keep it a secret
• 4. Someone finds out and blackmails me
• 5. I agree with blackmail
• 6. Few years later, the truth is still leaked
• 7. Lose level of devotion and gets hated by everyone

The game has a very 19th-century point of view of bastards, where they are depicted as extreme scandalous. When at the time, they were norm, with most kings having a bastard or two.

The game simply stigmatizes it too much.
