First Cruise! (Tips welcomed)

Hello everybody

On May I'm traveling to Europe to take my first cruise with my girlfriend. It will be with Costa Cruises. We have been looking for information and tips but I guess it won't hurt to have few more tips from this helpful community. Also, if somebody can share their experiences with Costa cruises or the cities the ship will stop I will appreciate it.
