Sites to sell content without a following

Hi all!!

Was wondering if there are any sites out there that you can sell content (pics/vids) without needing a following or having to promote.

Sounds easier said than done lol. Have an OF and was just curious cause have gotten very lazy and running out of ideas to keep it interesting. So am looking for other sites where there is a little less pressure so to speak on making new and exciting stuff.
