Would this be a good purchase?

I test drove this 1987 C4 today. The weatherproofing around the windows is cracked and the dash backlights are a little dim but otherwise it seemed in decent shape. I didn't notice any mechanical issues, it ran great. It doesn't have a clear coat which I don't like but it's not a huge priority for me. 130,000 miles and I'd plan on offering $6500 if I decide to go for it. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
