Oura ring during class
I’m wondering if anyone else has/wears their oura ring to class. I am a recent grad from the Apple Watch to the ours ring, and while I read that it wasn’t the best at fitness tracking, I’m getting very different stats then what I got using my Apple Watch.
For example, if I was taking a sculpt class I’d toggle with setting the watch to either yoga or strength training and after class, it would say I’d burned 350-420 calories. Since I’ve gotten my oura ring, it clocks in at about 263 calories burned and I tag it as yoga/strength training.
Is the oura ring more accurate than the Apple Watch, or vice versa? Anyone have any idea here?
