Psyllium husk powder.
I cook at home for friends quite a bit. Indian food is popular among my friend group. I have a few celiac friends. I would like to try and make gluten free naan for them but make it as close to the texture of regular naan as I can. I’ve been researching alternatives and I’ve read that psyllium husk in addition to a gluten free flour alternative might be the way to go to get that chewy texture. Has anybody here used psyllium husk before? What was your experience and do you have any tips for working with it?
