Why is cookie power low?

Despite my golden cheese and shadow milk not being all the way levelled up in skill, bc I just got him today, idk how some people have like 800-900k power on their cookies even though we are same level? These are a few examples of my cookies power. How can I boost cookies power? I’m a returning player so I might not be aware of some new mechanics in the game.
