Is it worth getting back into crk?

I quit playing the game in mid(?) 2021 and was wondering if it was worth playing again. Recently saw a few videos about PV and SMC and was interested in the new lore and story stuff I’ve missed out on. I know that the meta has changed like crazy and there’s so much new content so if I were to redownload would it be easier to just make a new account or continue using my og one?
