What CT-based companies have the best work culture?

I'm looking to work for a company that truly cares about the people that work for them, their customers, and their community. A company that empowers its employees to truly help customers. I'm mostly looking for something in finance but wouldn't mind trying something else. I just want to work at something meaningful. TIA!
