Gold Augment
The first 5 enemy champions that are killed each combat grant a champion on your team a temporary completed item.

Banger, especially after the small buff they gave it so unitemised Champions grant items the receiver would like. But of course you need a strong board to make it work to begin with since you technically start every round down a Gold Augment.
