College Credit with CompTia Certs

Hello, I am 17 years old with A+, Network+, and will soon be getting Security+. I plan on going to college with a double major in cybersecurity and Information technology. If anyone else has gone to college with the trifecta, did they let you test out of certain classes because of your certifications?
