Recommendations for a €1K conference camera + mic setup?

Hi,

We need to get a wide angle conference camera + mic setup. Our budget is around €1K. I came across the Logitech Meetup. Is that a good choice or are there better alternatives? We want to mount it underneath our tv (see above pic). Also, we use Macs. Many thanks in advance.
