Which one should I get?

Hello everyone! Never thought I will ask this question as well, but I want to purchase my first diver and is facing a difficult choice. For context, I have very dainty wrists at around 15.5cm which limits me into choosing watches. What I thought proportionate for me to wear us no longer than 44mm on lug-to-lug distance. So this two options were well in my budget.

In one hand I never have any Citizen before, so I am keen to get the first one. On the other hand the Seiko is really tempting and iconic for its shrouded bezel design. Both colour scheme while similar is giving different vibes to me, and both of them have solar movement. Is any one of you guys have any experience of owning either one of it? If ao, which one would you recommend me best? TIA!
