Shokz OpenComm 2 UC and Jabber

Purchased Shokz Comm2 UC to use with Cisco Finesse/Jabber. I work remotely in a call center and would love to be able to use Shokz to answer the phone, adjust volume, etc. I have the loop 110 adapter thingy. Windows is version 10. Jabber is version 14.0.1.55914 In my windows bluetooth settings I have: --"OpenComm2 by Shokz" --"Speakers (Shokz Loop 110)". However, in my computer audio settings, I have: --Headset OpenComm2 by Shokz Hands-Free AG --Headphones (OpenComm 2 by Shokz Stereo) In Jabber, I have the following: --Headset OpenComm2 by Shokz Hands Free AG Audio --Speakers (Shokz Loop 110) --Microphone Shokz Loop 110 I am unable to adjust volume using the buttons on the headset when connected to Speakers SHOKZ loop 110 in the bluetooth settings OR when connected to OpenComm2 by Shokz. Of note, there are no lights on the bluetooth dongle. If I press the button, the blue light flashes briefly then goes off. Is there any way to get the Shokz to play nicely with Jabber/Finesse? I LOVE the comfort level and sound quality. But ideally would like to answer the phone using the button on the headset. Otherwise I am stuck staring at a computer screen all day
