What does everyone do for insomnia? I’m desperate
Hi everyone - I’m looking for help with insomnia. I have already tried taking Benadryl, magnesium supplements, NyQuil, giving up caffeine and alcohol, taking short walks, making sure my room is cool and dark, new mattress, new sheets for my bed, putting away electronics etc, and trazodone (prescription from my doctor). None of this has helped.
I can only sleep at maximum approximately 3-4 hours per night because I always end up very uncomfortable (either in pain, very nauseous etc) What do I do? I’m at a loss and I’m really scared to ask for a prescription from my doctor.
