For people within different denominations of Christianity, what reasoning made you pick one? Do you believe that your denomination is exclusively the correct one?

Hello everyone, I'm here again to ask a bit of an odd question regarding the different types of Christianity. I grew up not truly understanding Christianity itself. Now I come to actually find myself further diving into as I actually read and learned a bit about the bible and confirming my belief into it.

Now here's the thing, the family in my dads side are a mixture of Pentecost Christians and Jehovah witnesses, while on my moms side of the family are more catholic. So it puts me in an awkward position regarding what position I should put myself in. So, I ask you guys, what is it that made you the type of Christian you are now? And that kinda pushes further into my mind the idea of what Christianity is the correct one? I have head of ideas regarding predestination and such, but I don't know.
