Will God help me?

I accepted Jesus last year and things have been worse my life is getting worse and my anger issues is getting worse I find myself getting angry and crying over the smallest things and other personal stuff and I feel all alone but when I pray to God I feel even more alone

Why isn’t he helping me? I have prayed so many times nothing is happening it’s either something does happen but it’s not permanent
