Can someone with plaque in their 20s live a long healthy life until 80s?
I (25F) had some tests done recently where they found plaque at the origin of left CCA. The result reads 'Subtle non calcified plaque at the origin of left CCA with no significant luminal narrowing".
My doctor was not concerned, but I'm anxious and very scared, and wanted to know if this was possible. Also what steps should I take to make sure this doesn't progress?
