Time to let go of Airtel

Trying to stream Budget 2025 but Airtel says "not today"

I've been an Airtel user for over 2 decades now, and I think it's safe to say that Airtel has reached its saturation. The downtime for internet has increased, no proper customer service and I really don't want to talk to a robot voice when I need something. I'm not able to call to any toll free number with my prepaid plan unless or until I have atleast 10rs recharged. All in all they've become useless and greedy. I do not have a dish TV so I rely completely on around 7 OTTs I have subscribed for everything and internet is crucial for my work too.

I would really love some suggestions for good ISPs that you all use in Chennai.
