Can you order cheesecake for a birthday?

I was wondering, can you request like a cheesecake for a birthday? Kind of like you know when you go to bakeries and you do birthday cakes I’m trying to find out if it’s possible I’m able to get a cheesecake for my 30th. I wanted to do half of one kind of cheesecake that they offer and the other half original.
