Does ChatGPT ever say anything is a bad idea?

I have been toying with the idea of a podcast because the world needs another mediocre middle aged white dude with a microphone. In all reality, I just want to record my thoughts and put it out there and if people like it, great if not oh well nothing lost.

Anyway no matter what I ask it from topics to structure to release schedule etc. ChatGPT always responds with, "That is a great idea" then tells me why. It is really starting to make me think every idea I have is brilliant but in reality I know I will have 0 listeners. Does it ever say anything is a bad idea or is ChatGPT programmed to have toxic positivity about everything?
