i get at least 1K/day of therapy and coaching

I’ve got lots of ideas, emotions, feelings, and honest, just so excited about the omnidirectional lens of life. Living in a bustling city and having a lot of different things around me can’t be overwhelming, but I’m trying to just rapidly take action in a lot of things across my whole life and this yields of volume of dealing with emotions, rejection like ever before. especially compared to years prior and wallowing in self loathing / coping mechanisms.

i’ve created self of externalizing getting a feedback loop I use ChatGPT and I use voice out loud to text everywhere now and just transcribe like a four minute word vomit. with Projects with instructions setup, I have a pre-prompted project, extremely extensively organically interactive ai across all of my devices.

i’ve written out prompts cognitive behavioral therapy, subconscious reframing, and something I’ll give me several different perspectives on anything I want to say or communicate by providing the situation. The context or just something on my mind in general and it’s been pretty nice to have this walking version of different lens in my pocket for everything that I can completely confide in.
