Atrium vs Novant

I’m a nurse and there’s a good chance I’m moving to Charlotte this year. Looking for insight on these two health systems. I’m looking at critical care jobs since that’s my experience. What can I expect for pay with 4 years of experience? What’s the shift diff for nights/ weekends? Any hospitals that are noticeably better or worse? How’s the relationship between nurses and physicians? Are units adequately staffed (free charge, resource nurse, CT)?
