Where do I get a ripping chain in Europe?

I'm from eastern Europe and I can't find any ripping chains in any local and online stores in my country. Maybe I just don't know how or what to look for. I need a ripping chain for a 12" bar with 3/8" pitch and 0.043" (1.1mm) gauge. Where would you look for such a thing in the EU? I don't mind paying the postage if it's in another EU country. Also, do the ripping chains have any encoding in their model numbers? That would help me to look for them on the internet I guess.
