Unable to freely use the app?

Hello, around every 2-3 weeks I’m experiencing the issue of infinite loading. Whether I try to search for a bot or making one it just load and load. I already checked for updates, made a new account, checked my internet. I can see and interact with bots on the “Discover bots” menu but that’s the only thing I’m able to do.

I need some help because that’s really annoying. (Btw I couldn’t post it on the Chai official subreddit my post kept disappearing)
