Used cat tower

I just scored a pretty nice cat tower off the sidewalk in my neighborhood. It hasn’t been out there long, wasn’t there when I went to work 8 hours ago. Besides it having one cracked platform that I’m gonna remove and some cat hair, it’s in pretty good shape. My question is what’s the best way to thoroughly clean it in a pet safe way?
