Is anyone else completely unable to find shop-brand dried coriander leaf at the moment, or do I just live in a weird area?
(I mean, I live on the Isle of Man so not technically UK and yes very weird area, but shh)
For months now it has been impossible to find Tesco brand dried coriander leaf; instead only the Schwartz ones at 3-4x the price. The shelf reads "expected back in stock June 4th" which just seems... mad. Shoprite here stocks Sainsbury's brand items and I've been unable to find it there either. Is there some sort of random coriander shortage I'm not aware of?
Edit: This stuff: https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/268595443 it's not some obscure ingredient...
Edit part 2: my local Tesco now says none until September. Schwartz is also getting hard to come by. Thankfully the coriander I have in my garden is coming through nicely but I don’t eat enough of it to really warrant fresh…
