Cashapp borrowing

I been a cashapp user for 6 years... I received money and send money with no problem. I also have my direct deposits from work going to cashapp. But not anymore due to recent problems and a lack of a real customer service. I've been able to use the borrow feature for 2yrs now. But, all of a sudden after 6yrs of being a loyal customer. CASHAPP has stopped me from borrowing. Here's what happened: One day I borrowed 300$. The following week i paid it back. I then noticed that it doesn't show up on my pay back screen. It's in my history but not on the borrow screen where the pay backs would be. On my borrow screen it say "pay back only" showing the dollar amount of $0.00. It shows $0.00 because I have nothing to pay back. But it doesn't let me borrow. I've reached out to customer service, but all I get is automated responses and a reference number and when i call its wait on an email. It's been 30 days no response no email and it still says "pay back only" $0.00.
