Scammed via cashapp - service wasnt delivered. Whats the best option if any, to try and get back the money?

Made 2 cashapp transfers, but the person scammed me. Got the proof.

I know the chances are slim, but anyone with any experience here that can offer some insight?

Unless I put "something else" I can only make a refund request, already done, no reply.
