Pls guide me

2004 Maruti 800 ac - mpfi engine. Car in good running condition and ran around 90000 kms.

I am planning to buy this used car and the seller says it is 65k ... this is my first car that I am trying to buy and new to car negotiation.

I have driven this car, it runs smoothly, raises upto 60 km speed easily, neat interiors and good maintenance of the car body.

Is it worth 65k or can I negotiate to reduce the money??
