How to change mobile number in parivahan website when vehicle is on my sister's name for challan notifications?

Don't know if this is right sub for this question or not but just want to know how can I update my mobile number to a vehicle which I use only but it is registered on my sister's name..

Whenever I get any challan, the notification goes to her and every time I need to check status on parivahan I need her to tell the OTP(she live in different country and different timezone).

I tried changing online but it is asking aadhar number, name and mobile number registered on aadhar of owner only like if owner decides to change his/her number then they can do that based on aadhar authentication but when I give my details it shows wrong information.

Any way I can do that online without going to RTO?
