Carnival Breeze Disappointment

Hi everyone!! Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I am currently on my first cruise ever and I am beyond disappointed in the ship itself. My shower is so disgusting, I don’t even feel comfortable standing in it without pool sandals (black gunk and mold around the bottom of the shower floor), we had to clean the bathroom counter it still had soap scum and funky bottle outlines on the counter from the previous person. There is mold EVERYWHERE on the ship - mostly in the dining room. the light fixture covers and the umbrellas inside the dining area are covered with mold. The extra comforter we requested had blood stains on it. I feel gross anywhere I go and that makes me so sad. This is the first cruise for 4/7 of the girls in my group and I feel bad for them as well.

I understand this is an older ship and is not the best one carnival offers. Is there a point in complaining? Is this typical or am I overreacting? How should I go about making a complaint?
