Can someone recommend me a band/album?

Evening all!

A little while ago I realised my music had gone a little stale so I resolved to buy a new album from bandcamp each month. This month I kinda feel like I should show some love to a band from Cardiff/South Wales. Sadly I'm not local anymore and I really don't know much about the Cardiff music scene these days so I'm hoping you lovely people could fire me some recommendations!

Generally I like punk, rock and metal (not screamy nu metal though) but also some folk rock too! Think bands like PUSA, Weezer, Reef, Green day, black sabbath, foo fighters, Metallica but also things like blackbeard's tea party or Bellowhead. Anyway I'm sure that you've got the idea and I've dated myself so please...... Recommend away!
