GEICO verify residency or get dropped

Not sure if this is the right sub, if not would appreciate if someone could kindly point me in the right direction.

Me: 30 years old, no accidents, no tickets, 80k income, no debt. New York State.

I purchased my own auto policy with Geico while concurrently purchasing a 2023 sedan at the car dealership(cash in full). I was previously under my parents plan.

All was going well until I opened a letter today, dated on September 14th of this year, stating "during a [routine] review of your policy, it was determined that there is additional information needed. Please submit the following items for review within 8 days"

-Copy of driver's licenses for all drivers in my house

-Declarations page from previous insurer indicating dates of coverage and showing no lapses

-Two forms of verification of residency must include landline, electric, gas, water or sewage, internet, cable. (This is the one that I can't provide as I live with my family who pays electric and internet.. no land line, gas, water, or cable that we pay)

-Proof of vehicle ownership in my name (already sent to them)

The service representative that I spoke to reported that underwriting is in charge of this and they will not budge on the verification of residency. Will only accept two documents from the aforementioned list.

Rep said that he can only see so much on his end but it looks like Geico is dropping me. Policy will definitely be terminated but there is no date that he can see. He could not elaborate or provide rationale for this but he is strongly encouraged me to find another policy or company today while we were still on the phone.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have any recourse? Was I red flagged?

This caught me completely off guard, as I was driving as a driver under my parents insurance for 15 years, no accidents or tickets like I mentioned, no criminal history etc. Also no indicators of there being a problem with anything on my account.

Thank you in advance.
