Baby due - fun car dilemma

My partner is due to give birth soon naturally I'm thinking about cars. In addition to our daily Mini and Audi Q2 I have a 986 Porsche Booster that even prior to baby gets at best used for sub 1000 miles a year. I've now realised that's likely to be even less being only able to use it on my own. It's a great example, low milage, fsh (costly to keep that up), thousands spent etc etc. I also overpaid a bit in post covid craze (accepted this though)

Do I sell, put money in the bank and probably not miss a third car. Sell and replace with something with four seats or just stick and try and make the most of it solo?

Looking for suggestions what others may have done, recommendations/regrets?
