2010 Toyota Rav 4 sound on startup

My 2010 Toyota rav 4 makes this sound when I start it.

Back story: This sound had been going on for a while, it broke down/shut down while driving, I took it to a shop and they told me I had no oil at all. Did not know how that happened because I THOUGHT I got an oil change two months prior (see: took car in to another shop and was in fact charged for an oil change). The current shop said it sounded fine once they put oil in it. I’ve been monitoring the oil level since then in case it was burning off or leaking but it hasn’t moved since then. However, the noise is still happening and is getting worse. It’s only on start up and the car doesn’t seem to be having other issues.
