Upgrade Shimano 105 11 Speed Groupset to be compatible with Dura Ace 12 Speed Wheels

I have mechanical 105 11 speed groupset on Canyon Ultimate and want to find out what it takes or if even possible to use Dura Ace C36 R9270 12 Speed Wheels.

The DA wheels have new Shimano contact hubs which only accept 12 speed cassettes and not compatible with 11 speed cassettes.

Do I need to replace whole group set or can I simply add on a 12 speed cassette to make it compatible with DA wheels?
