Dolly Sods next weekend questions and tips

This weekend I’m planning on doing a weekend backpacking trip to Dolly Sods doing the Dolly Sods/Lions Head loop (attached in link).

First I wanted to know about expected crowd, I kinda assumed it wont be too crowded because its gotten cold but I’ve also read its popular around this time. I plan on arriving early evening friday and doing a short hike from Bear Rocks Trail Head to my first camping area (maps I’ve looked out show some spots about 2 miles into the trail). I was wondering if this is something I can actually plan on or if I wont be able to find a spot. Also just generally if I’ll have to compete for spots the whole weekend.

Less specific to me I wanted to hear general tips and advice. I’ve never been so anything is appreciated!
