Casio - Exilim Z-75 - How to fix camera not reading the SD card?

casio exilim z-75 won’t read my SD card anymore

so i have this digicam that’s been in my possession for the past few years. pretty sure this was bought by my dad around the time or even before i was born, so u can kinda tell by now on how old this thing really is.

this has an sd card that has been in use for idk how long but it’s only one i have for it. it used to contain a dcim folder that had another folder named “100CASIO” in it.

one day, i accidentally deleted it in my laptop and i can no longer restore it because it’s been permanently erased (which means i cannot restore it using the recycle bin). i tried inserting the card again in my cam and it can no longer read it.

i tried formatting it (both using my laptop and the camera itself), resetting the camera, and making new folders to replace the original folder, but all of these didn’t work.

i’m really starting to get worried because i wanted to use this still. pls help me what should i do? and what do u think could be the problem?
