OTM and Large Caliber Mags

Has anyone noticed the damage in the OTM and large caliber ammos have been significantly nerfed? Check out for AGR, DR-H, QQ9 etc. Earlier they were almost 1.6 time their original damage. Now its just 1.05 times. Is it a glitch or something?
