I'm requesting you for calisthenics programs
Hello, fellow athletes. I could say that I'm an advanced athlete in calisthenics, and I need to progress further in this sport. I need advanced workout programs. If there are any websites or pages that contain calisthenics programs, please share them in the comments below.
By the way, in street lifting, I can do 15 reps of dips with 50 kg, 10 pull-ups with 40 kg, and one muscle-up with 17.5 kg. With just my body weight, I can do 70 dips, 35–40 pull-ups, and 17 muscle-ups.
Would you say that I am advanced?
