What is the green "HOLD" light on the dash?

When my '19 sig starts, and all the lights on the console light up, there's a green "HOLD" that appears for a second or so on the left. Yet I don't think I've ever seen it lit during normal operation. And I think I've pushed all the buttons and enabled/disabled everything.

What the heck is it?
