Advice on colleagues going to hr about a coworker
Okay so I (& also a few coworkers) need some advice. There’s a technician in our store who is honestly one of the worst colleagues I have ever come across. She’s good at building rapport with the customers but that’s it. Like really…That’s it. She’s comes in 10 minutes late everyday at work, her only “task” is to do rts but in her 8 hour shift she rarely finishes it (unless others help her), she takes 10-20 minute bathroom breaks, takes 7 minutes to clock out at lunch (we all close the pharmacy at 12:30), and most of all, she has airpods in and is on the phone w someone (3 other people have witnessed her talking on the phone) while she assists customers aka communicating their personal information with them aka breaking HIPA. Another thing is that she has been making more than a lot of the techs there who have been working there for years and have been working hard to keep the pharmacy afloat. While she, makes the job hard for us. And yes, we had asked and talked to the manager countless of times and nothing has happened. Our lead has asked the manager if she could talk to her and the manager has said no. Realistically, if a lot of us techs go to HR would she be reprimanded? (Also theres also a whole list of things she has done)
