Rapid rescore for apartment rental application

Hi my real estate agent said that in my area landlords can be very picky so they check for credit. My credit is 579. I am planning to pay off one of my loans through a collection agency. Can I ask them to do a rapid rescore for me as a term of a settlement? Do I need to do a rapid rescore or will it be immediately reflected and available for landlords to access?
